Welcome to Maatu Therapy
It takes courage to make changes in our lives, especially when everyday hurdles and untold stories weigh us down. At Maatu Therapy, we’re grateful that you’ve taken this first step toward sharing your story. Together, we’ll create a safe and supportive space to understand, collaborate, and explore what you need to grow on your journey toward self-discovery and healing.
Shruthi Venkatesh Ranga Rao
I'm Shruthi a first generation Indian-Canadian, a parent to a wonderful child, and a psychotherapist. I've always loved listening to and telling stories. To me, therapy is much like storytelling: it's about understanding our individual and collective experiences and finding meaning in how we heal and grow from them.
Services Offered
We'll explore your story-whether it's your whole family, parenting journey,
or personal experiences
